'The Privilege Living' is a vacation residence for retirees with an Assisted Living program.  Our community is located on a beautiful landscape in Baan Grood Beach, Prachuab Kirikhan, Thailand.  Residents enjoy a comfortable, carefree lifestyle in a two-bedroom styled house with shared living room and friendly housemate.  Our lovely houses feature high ceilings, elegant lighting fixtures, plenty of closet space and a small kitchen with fine wood cabinetry, a refrigerator and a microwave.  Our residence is available for short term and long term stay.  At our community, the residents enjoy comfortable, vacation living with the comfort of knowing assistance is on hand.

Baan Grood is a small coastal town which is quite, peaceful and full of friendly local people.  Our community is located away from the highway, so you can find peace of mind and relax in this quite environment that can only be found in the idyllic beauty of Thailand.
