Hua Hin is everything imaginable under the sun, for centuries it has been the chosen seaside destination for holidays. The charm of Hua Hin's lifestyle and traditions is reflected in the design of Yaiya Resort which defines simplicity and functionality while focusing on the natural environment surrounding the resort. It's the combination of unique design, lush green landscape, the beautiful art pieces which are displayed around the property and the pleasing smile of the resort's host which form the life and soul of the resort. Situated in Hua Hin, Thailand, only 2 hours drive from Bangkok, perfect place for Westerner who seek for an Independent Living in resort setting while retire in Thailand or medical tourism as there are 3 hospitals with in 15 km. drive.
The "traveling palm" which is the origin of our symbol reflects our commitment towards perfection in services and hospitality. At the entrance of our resort stands the century-old nutmeg tree which stood untouched for generations, it is legendary and the only one of its kind in Hua Hin. The resort offers 23 spacious deluxe rooms and 6 suites plus 11 pool villas, the open-air Thai-Pas Restaurant, the Kangsadan Bell Bar and our "beach society" where different cultures merge to create the very life of the resort. Yaiya Resort offers spacious rooms with sea-facing balconies overlooking the winding garden and the sea. For that extra pampering and luxury, there are pool villas of different kind of sizes for the ultimate privacy and enjoyment.
We pay attention to details which starts from the design of our room right down to facilities and amenities like beach accessories in an earth-friendly tote bag, YaiYa’s Longan seeds-formula toiletries exclusively made by Mae Fah Luang University. All rooms and SaSala Pool Villas are well equipped with Large LCD screen TV set, DVD player, satellite, cable TV, iPod desk station (SaSala Pool Villas only), which have been put in place to create that added comfort and luxury.
Deluxe Terrace
The 8 Deluxe Terraces are spacious rooms of 65 square meters which open into a seafront balcony. The room configuration consist of one bed, one study desk, a cushioned seat, coffee/tea making facilities and a large daybed on the balcony. Deluxe Sea Terrace
The 15 Deluxe Sea Terrace rooms are 65 square meters in size and are situated on higher floors allowing for full sea view and overlook the lush green landscape of the resort. The room configuration consist of one large bed, one study desk, one cushioned seat, coffee/tea-making facilities and a large day-bed on the balcony. Suite Sea Terrace
The 6 Suite Sea Terrace rooms are 110 square meters in size and come with a large living/dining area and an extra spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the resort’s lush green landscape. The room configuration consist of one large double bed (Hollywood King), one study desk, a cushioned seat, coffee/tea-making facilities and a large day-bed on the balcony. SaSala Pool One Bedroom
Literally, “Sa” means a pool while “Sala” is a pavilion. The 8 SaSala Pool Villas are 157 square meters in size and have a private enclosure by a tropical lush garden, a private plunge pool and a living Sala on the upper level for sunbathing and relaxation. SaSala Pool Villa with one bedroom comes with a spacious fully equipped dressing area, separate shower and bath-tub, toilet facilities, automatic coffee machine, tea making facilities and two private bars. ThaiPas Restaurant
Thai, Tapas, Pizza, Pasta, Pastry, you name it! Soak your taste buds with our inspiration-induced specialties and plunge into a culinary journey to the sounds of soothing surf. Watch the brigade in white concoct dishes in our open kitchen with the wood-fired oven to create a fresh and authentic taste.
Kangsadan Bar & Lounge
Kangsadan is our bar with a lounge perched on top over the pool where the waning light of dusk can be drank in along with a sip of our sensuous drinks. Take a palate-arousing cocktail before dinner or "chill" with a soothing drink afterwards in the hushed tones of unwinding music enclosed by dimmed lights amid cozy cushions within a tropical atmosphere.
Sand Bar
Cool shaded oasis in the sand with endless refreshing drinks during the day or enjoy a peaceful evening watching the stars with a soothing drink to the sounds of the sea. Games and beach sports as well as kites are on hand for fun and thrills but "relax" is what the Sandbar is best at.

Drop in the cool zone and browse through the cakes, ice creams and pastries to accompany with a cup of tea or to compliment your choice of coffee. And don't miss our daily pies, pates, sandwiches and other desserts on offer.
Resort Facilities Salarom

Sunthreesilp
A leisure art gallery you can enjoy art in a relaxed setting. The exhibits are mainly from local artists inspired by the nature and people of Cha Am and Hua Hin. Blend in with the colors and contours!

YaiYa Spa by SUKKASART Institute of Holistic Art. YaiYa Spa is a contemporary trendy ambiance, and it is providing range of pampering treatments toward therapeutic massages and wellness treat. The spa has integrated to holistic health and well-being approach by Sukkasart Institute of Healing Arts, the spa is focused to balance all the senses through healing hand thus promote therapeutic touch and bring harmony to body and mind. All spa treatments will start with sound of singing bowl to promote the deeper state of relaxation.
